After graduating from Boston University’s esteemed Sargent College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, Kristin spent twelve years in the Somerville Public Schools as an occupational therapist, working with children suffering from a variety of disabilities. This commitment to helping others has stayed with her throughout her life. It was in her role as an occupational therapist where Kristin honed many of the traits that distinguish her among her peers in the real estate sector today, including compassion, professionalism, and a genuine ability to listen and understand.  A self-motivated leader, Kristin is also a 2nd generation realtor, following in the footsteps of her mother and is a proud mom to her young daughter.

With the obstacles of achieving success stacked against her and our family, my mother did not allow fear and excuses to dominate her.  She led by example.  She prioritized being the best mom, raised us and taught us the meaning and value of hard work.  She even dared to have big dreams and goals. One of her biggest dreams and goals was homeownership. Incredibly, within less than seven years of coming to America, my mother bought a three-family property in Jamaica Plain.  To her, having our family own our own home was about security and wealth, for her children and herself. There were 100 reasons why she could not have bought a home or three-family property, but she was determined to be a homeowner. It was one of the best decisions my mother made to own her home.  By the time she sold that property its value increase by at least 3 times the price she bought it.  My mother made her dream of homeowner and building some wealth came true.

Following her graduation, she became a Financial Analyst at Raytheon Technologies, where she now has 3 years of experience. Her combined education and professional skillset brings forth a hands-on approach of balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks, that allows her to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 

During her time at Holy Cross, Danielle was a member of the Women’s Division I Varsity Ice Hockey team. The 2 most valuable lessons she learned while playing hockey include collaborating with a diverse group of individuals to reach a common goal every day and finding motivation when faced with adversity. Danielle knows what it means to compete and will use her strong teamwork and communicative approach to help her clients achieve their dreams. 

Being born and raised in Wakefield, MA, and still residing there today, she has strong roots and knowledge of the North Shore towns. As an avid Boston sports fan and admirer of the community and culture, Danielle will always refer to the city of Boston as her “forever home.” Her mission is to help clients find a forever home of their own, while keeping the process stress-free as can be. 

In her downtime, Danielle is always trying to be active. After hanging up her skates from her college career, she still plays weekly with former teammates, likes to finish her days with a run, and has recently picked up golf. While she loves to spend time with family and friends, her most favorite companion is her Golden Retriever, Cooper.
